Has anyone come across this before? Any solutions you can think of? I am able to get the users functional again to use Adobe Sign but I cannot have this occurring on a daily basis for 50+ users. That worked for a few days but now the problem has resurfaced again. The only fix we have found that works is to go to Windows Settings>Apps>Modify and repair the entire application. All adobe programs are updated to the latest version. The computer can reach the internet perfectly fine and other applications on the computer have no issues.Īll of these users have licenses and nothing in our network environment has changed. Lastly, an error will sometimes popup saying Adobe cannot reach the internet. It just asks to login but they can't because of the above problem. The other issue that comes up is the inability to use Adobe Sign to send documents for signature requests. They can sign in online through a browser perfectly fine. Even after they restart the application and/or the computer. When they click "Sign In" nothing happens. Users with Adobe Acrobat DC installed are not able to sign into the application. All machines run Windows 10 and are HP Elitebook laptops. There have been a few issues the last few days and I would like to know if anyone has come across this before. ![]()
